In Glendale, a significant transformation is taking place at the Desert Diamond Arena, a venue known for its capacity to accommodate up to 19,000 attendees. Originally opened in 2003, this arena served as the home for the Arizona Coyotes until their departure in 2022.
The venue’s operator, ASM Global, has announced an ambitious $42 million project aimed at reimagining the space into a premier destination for music and entertainment events. The renovation plan includes the addition of new bars, enhancements to the dining areas, and the introduction of a VIP club, aiming to elevate the overall guest experience.
The comprehensive redesign is expected to be completed by spring 2025, marking a new chapter for the Desert Diamond Arena as it pivots from a traditional sports venue to a high-end entertainment hub.
