A significant beam signing event occurred on March 25 for the Central Campus Residential Development near Hoover Avenue and Division Street. The complex, opening in fall 2026, will feature five buildings and 2,300 beds. It addresses the need for affordable undergraduate housing on Central Campus, marking the first new facility for first-year students since 1963. Learn more about the residential facility.
