U-M employees, retirees, students, and alumni are encouraged to join virtual town halls on university pouring rights. These events will cover the RFP process, feature messages from potential suppliers, outline university benefits, and include a Q&A session. Attendees will gain insights into the next steps in the selection process.

The university community was invited last fall to participate in a pouring rights survey, and the town halls will discuss key themes from the responses.

Two town halls are planned, offering the same content to fit the U-M community’s schedule:

  • Tuesday, Feb. 17 — 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. — Register
  • Wednesday, Feb. 18 — 1 to 2:15 p.m. — Register

Registration allows participants to submit questions for the Q&A and request necessary accommodations such as live captions and ASL.
